The Amalfi Drive is the most breathtaking coastline in Italy – a winding cliff-top road balanced between sheer mountains and deep blue sea with every bend revealing a more magnificent view.
The Costiera Amalfitana has been listed, since 1997, by UNESCO’s World Heritage as an outstanding example of a Mediterranean landscape with exceptional cultural and natural scenic values.
We will by pass Positano and drive through Praiano and Conca dei Marini to reach Amalfi. Here you can explore the lovely old town, visit the magnificent Cathedral and it’s Cloister of Paradise.
We continue to Ravello, passing terraced lemon groves, renowned for its old-world charm, concerts and incomparable views. From the gardens of Villa Rufolo, you can admire a panorama said to have inspired Wagner when composing the “Parsifal”.
